Dates and times are as follows: Sunday, May 28, 2017, 3:00 pm Saturday, September 23, 2017, 6:00 pm This event will have an open mic vibe with a fun host, games, and food. All choirs, musicians, dancers, poets, comedians, writers, and performers are invited to participate in the service and all are welcome to attend. The deadline for submission for the Spring event will be Friday, May 12, 2017. Groups GMPBC Kids of Christ Dance Team (Ages 7 -18 yrs) The youth dance team is steadily growing. K.O.C. has danced on numerous occasions within and outside the church. Our main performances are every 4th Sunday for Youth Sunday. We have also performed collaborations with other groups and soloist within our church such as Holy Trinity and Angelic Towdah for our Easter, Christmas, and Pastoral celebrations. 2017 Rehearsal Schedule: Every Saturday at 1:30 pm (Present until June 10, 2017) Regular Schedule: Every Wednesday at 6:00 pm; Every 2nd/4th Saturday at 1:30 pm During our rehearsals, the children are required to wear lose attire, do warm-up laps, stretch, and work on their current dance routine. Our current focus is learning how to continuously uplift each other, the people in the church, and their community. They are asked to speak on what they need prayer on before one or a few of them speaks a prayer on behalf of the team. GMPBC Expression of Praise Young Adult Dance Ministry (Ages 18 – 40 yrs) The young adult dance ministry is growing immensely. We now have six active members. We have presented in part of the Easter and Women’s Day service. We were also invited along with the youth to be guest dancers to perform at various events. 2017 Rehearsal Schedule: Every Tuesday at 7:30 pm (subject to change) GMPBC Angelic Towdah Praise Dance Ministry (Any age) Angelic Towdah Praise is a dance ministry for all ages. We were once called GP Praise. We currently have two active members. We have danced for the Ten Commandment Tea, Easter, and Mother’s Day service. 2017 Rehearsal Schedule: Every Other Tuesday at 6:00 pm SOLOIST Holy Trinity Dance Ministry of GMPBC Holy Trinity is a solo ministry lead by Sis. Janice Ross. She has visited many churches and events over the past year ministering to them through mime and dance. Her desire is to continue worshiping the Lord and encouraging other members to praise the Lord with her. She will be collaborating as well with our Minister of Music Bro.
